I won’t tell you what you can and cannot eat, because that never works for anybody. Instead, I will give you great ideas and practical advice to move you from wanting to solve your problem to feeling great!
There are ways to eat healthfully within your grocery budget. I’ll give you practical tips and helpful information for you to make informed decisions around your buying habits.
Probably not any more time than you are spending to prepare meals now! With a few healthier switch outs (if needed), you may be able to continue making many of your favourite meals.
There are a few organically grown foods that are better for you to eat. I can explain why, and how to eat these foods without breaking your budget. Not everything has to be organic for you to get what you need nutritionally.
The food will absolutely taste delicious. I will take great care to understand your concerns and preferences before we determine together the best changes for you to make.
My approach to health and wellness is holistic, so I’ll work with you to find ways to improve your health and wellness in many ways. You will always get to decide what works best for you.

We don’t become irrelevant when we reach a certain age. My goal is to create a community of strong healthy women who are defying ageism and living a fulfilling life.
