We all have our guilty pleasures! By taking a balanced approach to your nutritional health and wellness, and factoring in your goals, together we will find what works best for you. I won’t tell you what you can and cannot eat, because that never works for anybody. Instead, I will give you great ideas and practical advice to move you from wanting to solve your problem to feeling great!

There are ways to eat healthfully within your grocery budget. I’ll give you practical tips and helpful information for you to make informed decisions around your buying habits.

Probably not any more time than you are spending to prepare meals now! With a few healthier switch outs (if needed), you may be able to continue making many of your favourite meals.

Will I have to eat only organic food?

There are a few organically grown foods that are better for you to eat. I can explain why, and how to eat these foods without breaking your budget. Not everything has to be organic for you to get what you need nutritionally.
