My Why: How My Desire for Change Created the Truly Vibrant Reset

It’s 6:30 AM on a Monday morning- it’s time, once again, to start a new week.


You drag yourself out of bed feeling just as tired as you did the night before. Your stomach starts to rumble and you’re craving something sugary to make up for your low energy.


Once you get your day going, the sugar wears off and you are crashing again.


Does this sound familiar to you?


If you’re sick and tired of struggling with fatigue, weight that won’t budge, a clouded mind, and cravings for all the wrong foods, then it’s time to try something new.


I would like to share with you how the Truly Vibrant Health Reset came to be.

Coming out of the time of Covid and a particularly stressful time personally, I was not happy with how I felt.


I felt tired and sluggish all the time, having to take naps during the day and experiencing frequent afternoon cravings. I had gained a bit of weight around my middle, and the doctor said my blood pressure had increased.

So I decided to do a little better – exercise a bit more, eat a little healthier. I went to the grocery store, planned out my food, and even created a spreadsheet to track a weight loss goal for my birthday.

To make a long story short: three weeks later, I hopped on the scale, and it had not budged.

Doing a little bit of this and a little bit of that and relying on my willpower for it to all come together - that did not work.

I went back to the drawing board.

As a holistic nutritionist, I have an extensive library of fantastic books. So I started doing more research. And I found the concept of a health reset. This idea checked all the boxes that had not even been present in the other methods I had tried.


The method of a health reset:


A defined time to eat in a defined way.

-or-

A clearly defined way of eating and lifestyle for a short amount of time.


After conducting more research and testing out the time frames and food types, I have developed the 10-week Truly Vibrant Reset.


So what does the program entail?

This program comes out of my sincere belief that we do not have to accept being in pain, moving more slowly, or growing more forgetful as we age.


That is NOT inevitable. These should be fun years - years when we are out there doing the things we enjoy.

Today, my blood sugar levels and blood pressure are down, I’ve shaved six minutes off my 10k time as a runner, I’ve lost a bit of weight, my head is a lot clearer, and I wake up ready to go for a big day.


How’s THAT for amazing results?
